This is me, a small-town Alaskan girl who moved to San Diego in search of something.... Well not just something, but rather a desire to further my education. I've been here now for 13 years and absolutely love this city, but I do miss the simplicity that I left back home. Probably the hardest part about living so far away is not being able to be with my sister's and brother and their children. I am very blessed that my older sister, her husband and my niece and nephew finally followed me down here this year. I am looking forward to having my parents here this summer as well.
