I am on a life-time journey of Health and Wellness. I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a Healer. I always thought I wanted to practice modern medicine, but have discovered my passion is Holistic Health. I'm a massage therapist, a chiropractor and a yogi-in-training. I find fulfillment in the work I do. My job is to help people find balance. It is very rewarding.

I Love My Life!

I have been putting together a website (nothing fancy...very basic) this past week for my "business". This process started out as a place to put my contact information and maybe include a little more information about what it is I do. One thing it is has made me realize is how much I love my life.

I'm definitely not as busy in my career as I want to be, but I am perfectly fine with that. I feel that I am still able to give my clients the care that they need without feeling drained. I am also able to give myself the care that I need without feeling like I don't have the time.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the rat race. I’ve been there and done that and never really found fulfillment. Life is totally different for me now. I’m learning to find appreciation in every aspect of my life. I’ve taken the time this past year to focus on being a healthier individual physically, mentally and spiritually. The challenge for me is finding balance but that’s why this is a lifetime goal. I still have days when I wish my life was a little more planned out, but have learned to appreciate what I have at the moment. I live in an amazing city, have an awesome support group of family and friends, love my job, am healthy….the list goes on. I have to remember when I am down on myself to stop and count my blessings. There are so many more things to be thankful for, then there are to complain about.

So today I am thankful that my legs are sore and achy. Why? Well its because I set out at the beginning of the year to complete the Triple Crown event here in San Diego. Yesterday I ran with 8500 other competitors and accomplished my goal! What are you thankful for today?
