I started out this year with a commitment to practicing a healthier lifestyle. I have always tried to live a healthy and balanced life, but I tend to fall off the wagon every now and again. This time I decided to hold myself accountable for my actions and signed up for a program with my yoga studio. I had seen my best friend go through this same program 4 months prior and have amazing results. I have all the tools to be successful in health and wellness, but realized I need a plan! Yes, planning is probably one of the most important steps in living lean. I want to use my blog to help others live a healthy and balanced life as well. The next few post will take you on my journey from day one till now and give you the same tools to change unhealthy habits in your life. I hope you find this helpful and you to will make that same commitment to health and wellness.
