I began practicing yoga almost a year and a half ago. I started going with my friend and immediately fell in love with the it. I love that yoga incorporates balance, flexibility and strength into the practice. These are areas that I not only practice in yoga, but in my everyday life. When I took my first class at CPY, I knew this was a field I wanted to pursue. I remember having this same epiphany almost 10 years ago when I had my first massage. I knew I loved everything about massage and wanted to practice in the field. I have been waiting for the past year and half for the right time, and now it has come. Tomorrow I began a new journey and am trilled to began Yoga Teacher Training. I know that yoga has changed my life both physically and mentally and I can’t wait to share my knowledge with friends, family and clients!
As far as planning went this week…not so bad. It could have been better though. I feel like I live in my car, unfortunately it doesn’t contain a refrigerator so transporting food isn’t all that easy. I am trying to stick to a low carb balanced diet. I have also been trying really hard to cut out the diet soda. I broke down this afternoon and had a diet coke. It’s so hard! Guess I’ll have to get back on track tomorrow.
