Today is my long day, so I did my planning last night and am starting off with Health and Wellness in mind. It’s only 9am and I’ve already started off my morning with a 2 mile walk (half of that was carrying a 5 month old baby). I also started the morning off with a healthy breakfast…hardboiled eggs, handful of grape tomatoes, and a large glass of lemon water. I went to Trader Joes last night and stocked up on healthy snacks and lunch food (low cal prepared salad and low fat chicken patties). So I still have a full day ahead, but I am prepared for it. I’m also looking forward to my yoga workout tonight. The physical workouts are great, but just important is the mental therapy (yoga is great at doing both!)
