So this week was a crazy busy week. I started Yoga Teacher Training on Wednesday. I’ve been wanting to sign up for this class for the past year, but the timing just hasn’t been right. Well now it is and I am loving it. I have been practicing yoga now for the past year and a half and I absolutely love it! It has been both physical and mental therapy for me. I have also found a studio like no other. I am thrilled to be taking my teacher training at this studio. The instructors are amazing and make you feel so comfortable to be there.
I have to say I was nervous on my first day of class. Even though my background is in health and wellness, the practice of yoga is still new to me. I am excited to take this class because it is all new to me. I am also looking forward to incorporate my teacher training into my practice. Yoga can be beneficial in so many different ways. I have seen how is can help with physical injuries as well as mental.
As this first full week comes to an end, I look forward to the next 8 weeks of training. I hope that when I am finished I will be able to share my experience with others.
